Governance

The three central governance bodies are complemented by an independent Scientific Advisory Board (SAB) and an independent Ethics and Regulatory Advisory Board (ERAB) for further guidance and advice. A Patient Advisory Committee (PAC) has been set up to ensure the involvement of patients and their families, and to constantly include and feed their opinions and views back into project activities from the very beginning.

It consists of the Coordinator (Fundación Pública Andaluza Progreso y Salud/FPS), the Project Leader (SANOFI) and the Project Co-Leader (Janssen) as well as the Project Management Office (PMO) EURICE alongside the Sanofi Alliance Management unit.

Together they are responsible for coordinating and steering the various research activities delivered by all partners, and also play an significant role in the decision-making processes.
General Assembly (GA): The GA is the ultimate decision-making body in 3TR composed of one representative nominated by each partner institution.
